This week on Reflections from the Keyboard, host David Dubal celebrates the elegance, precision, and sophistication of great French piano players. The roots of French piano playing are deep, going back to the opening of the Paris Conservatory in 1795. Aspiring pianists flooded into the beautiful city, starting an important piano culture that continues today.
